A great recipe for kiddos to make while you are working on chicken marinade or greek meatballs. Or relaxing and reading Glamour Magazine (Bahahha!!). Post inspired by Joyful Healthy Eats.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 Cup plain full fat organic greek yogurt (fat free and low fat are full of sugar)
- 1/2 Cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 Cup grated cucumber, peel and all
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dry dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste, Himalayan Please (antioxidants)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix it all together and enjoy with your favorite dish.
