🥤Temple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 cups filtered water
- 1.5 cups GF oats
- 5 scoops Orgain unflavored
- 7 dates
- 2 Tbsp seeds (chia, hemp hearts, or flax seeds)
- 2 Tbsp local raw honey
- 2 Tsp beet powder
- 1 Tsp Spirulina
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cup frozen Wild blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen organic:
- Cherries
- Mango
- Pineapple
- Dragonfruit
Instructions
- Blend and Serve 💚
- This makes 4 GIANT servings
