We typically don’t think of “smoothies” when thinking of Christmas and the cold time of year. But, the good news is smoothies are very nutritional year round. And, there are many yummy Christmas smoothies with clean ingredients. Enjoy!
🍪 GINGERBREAD SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp molasses
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend
- Makes 2 glasses – Enjoy!
🎁 CHRISTMAS CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla yogurt of choice
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend
- Makes 2 glasses – Enjoy!
