- cauliflower tortillas
- tzatziki dip
- garbanzo beans
- grape tomatoes
- pitted olives
- cucumber slices
- bell peppers
Instructions:
- Chop vegetables
- Rinse and drain garbanzo beans
- Spread tzatziki dip onto tortilla
- Add chopped veggies and olives
- Add garbanzo beans
- Roll and enjoy
