School is back in session around these parts, so its time to discuss breakfast ideas that can be made ahead and quickly warmed up on school mornings.  Being prepared for mornings with a make ahead casserole will avoid the Breakfast Cereal Option.

5 Ingredient Breakfast Casserole

Excellent recipe for kids to make on Sundays

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 16 oz full fat ricotta – (Non Dairy Sub – almond cheese)
  • 1lb pork sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – (Non Dairy Sub – Daiya Mozzeralla Shreds)
  • 1 red pepper diced
    • Organic Ingredients Recommended when possible

Instructions:

  1. Beat Eggs
  2. Add and mix the rest of the ingredients
  3. Pour in greased casserole dish
  4. Cook at 350 degrees 45 min
  5. Divide, heat up, and serve on school mornings
